We have had a wonderful afternoon with year 5. Every other week we meet up with class 5C and read with our partners. The children love sharing their favourite books. 

Google expedition visit 24.02.17

On Friday last week Google Expeditions came to our school to show us how can use this fantastic app to explore different parts of the world. We used the hand held devices to show real aerial photographs of Antarctica. We were able to move with device and zoom in and out. The children absolutely loved it . 

Superstar 02.03.17

Our superstar this week is such a good independent learner with fantastic listening skills. She always listens to everything we say on the carpet and therefore knows exactly what she is doing at her table and what to do next when she finishes her work. She is such a lovely kind member of our class and always has impeccable manners. She is progressing so well in year 1 and we hope she keeps it up.

Our superstar this week has tried so hard in every area of the curriculum this week. He is listening so well in class and on the carpet and is putting his hand up regularly in class discussions. He is working exceptionally hard at the moment and it's is really starting to show. He is trying so hard with his reading and concentrating so well in maths. He is like a new little boy. We are so proud of him. 

Superstar

Superstar 09.02.17 Our superstar this week has already been superstar but she thoroughly deserves it again. She is such a star and works so incredibly hard in everything she does. She could be superstar every week.

She is a fantastic role model and a wonderful friend. She is progressing so well in all subjects and is never afraid of a challenge. She is such a polite and  well mannered little girl who always has a smile on her face. We are so proud of her. 

Superstar 02.02.17

Our superstar this week has really started to grow in confidence. Her hand is up a lot more on the carpet and she is trying so hard in her work. She wrote a fantastic story about the three little pigs . She is starting to work better independently and is producing some fabulous work. She is really starting to believe in herself which is great to see, especially in phonics. Well done. 

 

Superstar 26.01.17

Our superstar this week has tried so hard to change his attitude this week and is putting so much effort into his work. He really likes to please us and prove to us what he is really capable of. His behaviour has massively improved and he's playing so nicely and kindly outside in the playground. We are incredibly proud of how he has turned over a new leaf in our class. Well done.
